Next Level Development has appointed Dave Heesakkers as Director Projects. As member of the management team Heesakkers will be responsible for the technical realization of the logistics real estate projects as well as the asset and property management of the existing portfolio.
Heesakkers changed into his new role at Next Level Development from Goodman where he worked for a period of 13 years as a Senior Technical Manager and Head of Technical Portfolio Management. Heesakkers has extensive experience in developing sustainable logistics real estate at Greenfield and Brownfield locations. Heesakkers was responsible as a developer for the technical design and realization of the real estate.
