Deze ontwikkeling maakt deel uit van de Urban Logistics Campus A12, gelegen in Bleiswijk. Bleiswijk is een van de snelst groeiende hotspots van Nederland en de campus beslaat in totaal 330.000 m², met bestaande en nieuwe ontwikkelingen variërend van 10.000 m² tot 150.000 m². Aan de oostzijde van het park wordt gebouw #4 ontwikkeld, volledig volgens de nieuwste Next Level‑standaarden, waardoor een efficiënt en comfortabel werkklimaat ontstaat voor uw bedrijf en medewerkers.
