Briefing
Nunner Logistics wished to expand and modernize its activities in Helmond. The new state-of-art facility should ideally be located close to the current location and give space to the corporate headquarter and Benelux cross-dock activities.

Solution
Next Level acquired a plot of land in close vicinity of the existing Nunner Logistics site current location to start this greenfield development. Nunner moved into their new home on the Gerstdijk in Q2 2020.

Result
Nunner has entered a 12.000 m² built to suit warehouse, developed for cross dock activities and with a high standard and innovative office of 2.000 m² to host the headquarter for Nunner’s business.
