FrieslandCampina required a new warehouse to consolidate multiple warehouses in use. The site should ideally be located in the South of the Netherlands to centralize the outbound flows of the manufacturing plants in Veghel. The request was to develop a warehouse in line with the highest quality standards or food logistics.
We developed a logistics centre with 554 m² of office space and 25.500 m² warehouse designed for logistics efficiency and food safety (HACCP). The site has an expedition area fitted out with 26 external docks. The logistics centre also has 2 separated hunidity controlled storage compartments and a seperation wall between expedition and storage to ensure product quality.
